Flat Rate Shipping
Order processing times depend on the shipping rate selected upon checkout.
FedEx (2-Day): 2-4 business days* valid for all sample orders.
UPS Ground: 3-5 business days*.
All other shipping rates: 2-5 business days*.
Shipping times may vary depending on verification(s) of your order.
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-5 business days of its ship date if you are located within Canada and your order is placed between Monday-Thursday before 4pm.
*orders may take longer if Canada Post is on strike
Please keep in mind; if your order is placed after 4pm Thursday and/or before 4pm Friday – this will be shipped on a Friday which may delay your delivery time due to the weekend. Once an order has shipped, we have little to no control over how long this will take.
Please note that our leather belts are meticulously handcrafted, ensuring a unique product for each buyer. Due to the handmade nature of our process, slight imperfections or variations in texture, color, or finish may be present. These natural characteristics are not flaws but a testament to the authenticity and craftsmanship of a handmade product. By purchasing our leather belts, you acknowledge and embrace these qualities as part of their unique charm.
At times, the processing time for most products is under 10 business days, but generally can take up to 14 business days.
Please note: Products that are immediately available for shipment will ship together. To request separate shipment, an additional charge of $14.99 will apply unless the combined value of the separate shipment is above $250.
DiKo Style is not liable if an incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
Shipping Time
Delivery time varies from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the customer’s location.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Tracking information generally updates within 2 business day. If your order was placed more than 4 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
