Returns and Exchanges

We understand the importance of getting the sizing just right when it comes to leather belts. If you need to exchange the size, use our quick exchange portal to start an exchange and we’ll get you your correct size right away.

DiKo Style is committed to providing only the highest quality leather products. Most leathers on our website may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Received products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We currently offer two return options:

Option 1: Receive a return label from us for $14.99 which will be deducted from your final refund amount upon receipt of the returned skins.

Option 2: Ship using your preferred courier to the following address below:

All products marked “SHIPS IN 2 WEEKS” are returnable with a 15% restocking fee.
All other products are returnable with no restocking fee.

Non-returnable: Gift Cards.

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not issue the refund if:

your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
